Established in 2004, Quzhou shuotong auto parts co.,ltd. （Former Zhejiang HaoYang Vehicle Parts Co.,Ltd）is specialized in manufacturing all kinds of automobile radiator assembly, condenser, evaporator and a series of large-scale machinery cooling system. The headquarter is located in northern industrial zone in Rui’an city, which was the Automobile & Motorcycle Metropolis of China.
In October 2006, with the investment of 120 million yuan, we established our manufacturing base in Quzhou Donggang Industrial Zone, which covers an area of 33,000 square meters and construction area of 35,600 square meters. What’s more, the company has more than 300 staff, in which 50 are engineers and technicians. After a period of rapid growth, we have developed into a modern enterprise, which combines design, R&D, manufacture, precision test and sales, with annual output of 1 million sets of aluminum radiator, 500 thousand sets of heater motor, 100 thousand sets of condenser, and the annual output value of more than 100 million yuan.
(1) Production Capacity (Equipment)
Possess 2 continuous nitrogen protection brazing furnaces, 1 automatic core body cleaning line, 8 automatic belt lines, 30 more sets entire/semi-automatic core body assembly platform, more than 10 sets automatic water chamber burke machine, 10 sets from 1500g-120g injection machines, 10 sets 300T-5T punching equipment etc.
(2) Experiment ability
Possess wind tunnel instrument, salt spray testing instrument, vibration testing instrument, high-low temperature impulse tester, dynamic balancing device, noise testing room, etc. We can handle simulated tests under different conditions.
(3) R&D ability
Possess CNC wire cutting machine, CNC electrical impulse machine, full-automatic CNC machine and high precision grinding machine, etc. Ability to do the precision mold design and manufacture.
